When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when
they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to
ship the item to you.
How do I create an account?
1) Add all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2) Click the "Checkout" button to proceed.
3) Enter your "Email Address", and leave the "Customer
Code" field blank.
4) Click the "Proceed" button to continue.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your
information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely

transaction has been successfully completed, you will be emailed a receipt
along with an automatically generated "Customer Code" or password.
You may then login to the "My Account"
section and update your password to anything you prefer.

Currently, our online system is only able to take orders from the United
States. If you are ordering outside the United States, please call our office

a Wire Transfer, please call our offices for further instructions. During

ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Shipping charges
on certain "Oversized" items are not calculated online. For these
items, you will be contacted the following business day with a shipping
quote that will be added to the total order charge. Please refer to the
