Print and complete the following Dealer Applications. Packet A, Packet B
Fax the following to (562) 801-5158: Dealer Packet A, Dealer Packet B , copy of current Business License, Sales Tax Permit, Re-sale License Card and any other pertinent information required such as copy of advertisement, business cards, etc.
E-Mail: wholesale@passwordjdm.com Pictures of your facility.(i.e.: Storefront, Showroom, Install Area ect.)
Only businesses with automotive affiliation shall be considered! If you do not have the proper paperwork or documents to set up an account through us, please do not inquire.
Once ALL the above information is received, reviewed, and approved an account executive will contact you to complete the process and assist you with your initial order.
