My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link on our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?
1) Add all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2) Click the "Checkout" button to proceed.
3) Enter your "Email Address", and leave the "Customer Code" field blank.
4) Click the "Proceed" button to continue.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. After your transaction has been successfully completed, you will be emailed a receipt along with an automatically generated "Customer Code" or password. You may then login to the "My Account" section and update your password to anything you prefer.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

If you need to return an item, please call our customer support center for further instructions at (562) 801-1808 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm pacific time.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, our online system is only able to take orders from the United States. If you are ordering outside the United States, please call our office at 1 (562) 801-1808 to place your order.

What are my payment choices?
Our online ordering system currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you wish to use an alternate payment method such as PayPal or a Wire Transfer, please call our offices for further instructions. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated via UPS prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Shipping charges on certain "Oversized" items are not calculated online. For these items, you will be contacted the following business day with a shipping quote that will be added to the total order charge. Please refer to the shipping charts on the actual product pages.

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, and left of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand".
